Copies come with two different colophons, with one stating that 120 copies were printed, and the other raising the number to 160. Halliwell imay be wrong to assume that 120 "is a typographical error which occurred when the colophon was reset for the 10 special copies."

Since only copies with the "120 copies" colophon are numbered (also bearing the printed line "This is number ..."), it seems more likely that, after the 120 standard and the 10 special copies were printed, A.A. was commissioned to print either a) an additional 40 copies, or b) a second printing of 160 copies. Given the relative scarcity of this title in the market in any form, and in the absence of a "second printing" statement, the first hypothesis seems more possible.
