Halliwell states that there must be about 55 copies of the special edition, as "55 is the highest numbered copy [he had] been able to locate." However Argosy Book Store, NY offered for sale (Autumn 2020) copy # 89, which is stated to also have a marbled cover. Also, copy #66 was sold on eBay in early 2021. On the contrary, it seems that very few copies (almost, if any) exist of the common variant, which probably means that 450 copies were not actually issued, but rather a number slightly higher than 100.
